  • As a child birth educator, I help prepare mothers and their support person. Through this class, you will discover the stages of labor, a myriad of labor positions and proper postpartum care. We will discuss all things to prepare for your labor including:

  • Labor and birth positions

  • Prenatal and postpartum care

  • The early days with baby

  • Communication practices with your birth partner

  • Set birth goals and questions to discuss with your OB/Midwife

  • And all the things in between!

  • While socially distanced, it is my goal to end our class with you feeling prepared, at peace and empowered to welcome your baby earth-side!

Doula Services

Labor Support
$1000
  • As a birth doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to mothers and their partners during labor and birth.  I am educated and equipped to provide support in all types of birth including non-medicated, medicated and cesarean section deliveries.  My role is an advisor, advocate, and support person. As your doula, I am working for you, the laboring mother; not your caregiver or hospital/birth center.
